Shop with confidence! Red Vacuums carries a large inventory of vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, floor care products and various vacuum parts and household supplies. Most items are shipped within the same day. Please be advised that certain orders may be delayed due to further verification. For your security we reserve the right to verify the details of high value orders and keep our website secure and shopping-friendly. We believe in providing excellent customer service and our focus is on building long-lasting relationships with our customers.

For a speedier shipping process, we offer a list of shipping options from our partners: UPS, USPS and FEDEX, otherwise all orders come with free shipping within US mainland only. There is an additional shipping fee for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Be advised that packages under $200 with Fedex, UPS and all USPS packages DO NOT require a signature for delivery. This means packages will be left on front porches and MAY BE stolen. USPS and Fedex DO NOT cover the cost of stolen packages once delivered and as a result we do not provide a refund or replacement for lost or stolen packages that show delivered. Please keep in mind that it is buyer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery address/location.

Check your tracking information and know what day a package is scheduled to arrive. If you won't be there to accept the package, have it delivered to a neighbor or a place where the package can be left away from plain sight or deliver items to a business where someone is always there.

A 6% sales tax will apply to all orders which are shipped to addresses in Virginia. No sales tax are charged for shipments mailed outside of Virginia.

The model number can usually be found on the back, bottom or behind the tank of your unit.
