Bring your Kirby in if you notice reduced pickup, a brush roll that isn’t turning, unusual noise, intermittent power, or difficulty pushing the machine. Tell us when the problem occurs and whether anything changed before it started.

Service matched to your Kirby
Our vacuum service includes inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and model-appropriate adjustments. We check applicable components, clear airflow obstructions, and address worn service items where needed.
Full-service inclusions can include replacement bags, belts, a pre-motor filter, and light bulbs when necessary and applicable to the model. Other replacement parts are charged separately with your approval.
We also clean applicable motor-compartment components, remove obstructions, and deodorize, sanitize, and polish the machine.

Kirby parts need to match the model and assembly. Bring your model information, a photo of the identification label, and the old part when possible.
We can check bags, belts, brush rolls, outer-bag components, nozzle parts, and attachments for compatibility and availability. For harder-to-find components, we can check sourcing options through our supplier network.

Authorized service and warranty inquiries
As an authorized Kirby service center, we can assess your machine and assist with manufacturer-warranty inquiries. Bring purchase documentation, model and serial information, and available warranty paperwork.
Coverage is assessed under the applicable manufacturer terms. We discuss any work outside coverage and obtain your approval before charges are incurred.
Red Vacuums’ one-year parts-and-labor warranty applies to the repair work performed. It is separate from the manufacturer warranty.
While your Kirby is being repaired
Free loaner vacuums are available while your vacuum is being repaired.
Free pickup is available within 7 miles of our Vienna store, by appointment. Call to arrange pickup. Repairs are performed at the store.
