🏢 Commercial, Pallet & Wholesale Returns

At Red Vacuums, we understand that commercial customers have unique needs and requirements. Our Commercial Return Policy is designed to provide clear guidelines for businesses purchasing vacuum cleaners, parts, and related products in larger quantities or for commercial use.

Eligibility for Commercial Returns
Commercial products may include bulk orders, business-use vacuums, heavy-duty equipment, or items explicitly designated as commercial-grade on our website. These items are often subject to different return conditions than consumer products due to their nature and intended use.

Return Window
Commercial items are eligible for return within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted or may incur additional restocking fees.

Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned commercial products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation included. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts may be subject to partial refunds or denial of the return.

Non-Returnable Commercial Items
Some commercial products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged during shipping. This includes items that are custom-ordered, special-ordered, or heavily used parts such as vacuum bags, belts, filters, and consumables. Please review the product description or contact customer service for specific return eligibility.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs for commercial products are generally the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect shipment. In such cases, Red Vacuums will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover return shipping expenses.

Inspection and Refund Processing
Once the returned commercial product is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection to verify its condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, or deductions for damaged or missing items.

Restocking Fees
A restocking fee will be applied to commercial returns that are not due to defects or shipping errors. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.

Exchanges
Exchanges for commercial products are generally handled as a return followed by a new purchase. If you received a damaged in transit, defective or incorrect commercial product, please contact our Customer Support team within 5 business days of delivery to arrange a replacement. How to Initiate a Commercial Return
To start a return for commercial products, please contact our Customer Support team at sales@redvacuums.com or call 703-255-3500. Provide your order number, details of the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.

You may initiate a return for new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery and receive a refund when items are returned in new and unused condition with all original materials included.

You are responsible to pay the return shipping fee when you return bulk items, case or pallets for any of the following reasons:

  • You refuse a delivery without inspection
  • You miss a delivery appointment
  • You return a non-defective or undamaged product 
  • You changed your mind or believe you found a better price

All returned above mentioned items are fully inspected upon their arrival back at our facility.

We will issue a partial refund of the purchase price if the returned item is not in its new, original and unopened condition. The amount of the partial refund depends on the condition of the item as determined by us upon receipt and thorough inspection. If you’ve purchased bulk, pallet, or commercial-grade items, please review the following special conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

⚠️ You Are Responsible For:

  • Return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective during transit upon arrival

  • Scheduling return freight (for pallet returns)

  • Ensuring item is returned in original condition

❗ Partial Refunds Will Apply If:

  • Packaging is incomplete or damaged

  • Product is not packaged with enough material for protection during transit
  • Product is used or opened

  • Item is not suitable for resale

💰 Return Shipping Costs

We reserve the right to deduct actual shipping costs from your refund. These costs may range from $100 to $695+, depending on order size and location.
